The Examination Office at D. Y. The Examination Office is responsible for:
- Preparation and display of examination schedules
- Secure handling and distribution of question papers
- Secure collection and management of answer sheets
- Smooth and disciplined code of conduct of all examinations
- Coordination with department, faculty, SPPU, and Autonomous Cell
- Timely declaration of results
- Processing photocopy, revaluation, grade-card and grievance related requests
- Ensuring compliance with institutional rules and regulatory norms
- Maintaining systematic exam-related records and reports
