I have worked at the capacity of Asst. Training and placement officer for four years and from 2012 onwards I am working as Training and Placement Officer. I have 10 years of Teaching Experience.
The Training and Placement Cell of our college primarily focuses to groom the students to make them job – ready and also on developing their Inter personal and Intra personal skills to cope up with current scenario.

2. Getting companies reply & sending them data of eligible students
3. Confirmation of date & eligibility criteria by company
4. Notice to all HODs, T & P faculty coordinators & students about the date & criteria of campus drive
1. Registration of students appearing for the selection process
2. Arrangements for Pre Placement Talk by company representatives to students
3. Arranging classrooms or computer laboratory for Aptitude / Technical test by company (Online or written)
4. Display of shortlisted students after test
5. Necessary arrangements for Group Discussion / Personal Interview for shortlisted students
6. Distribution of offers letters to final selects
1. Analysis of various rounds of selection and update on the online document
2. Sending Analysis report to the Principal
3. Congratulation notice to students / departments
